
Ingredients
- 2 oz Highland Park 12-Year-Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky
- 1 tsp Apple butter
- 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .75 oz Grade A maple syrup
- 1 dash Pastis
- Hard cider
Garnish: Apple slice
Glass: Highball
Preparation
Add all ingredients except the hard cider to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with hard cider and garnish with an apple slice.
