
Ingredients
- 4 Watermelon chunks
- 3 oz Flor de Caña 7-Year-Old Grand Reserve Rum
- 1 oz Triple sec
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- .5 tsp Cayenne pepper
Garnish: Lime wedge
Glass: Cocktail or Margarita
Preparation
In a mixing glass, muddle the watermelon. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Stir, and pour (unstrained) into a cocktail or Margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge.
