With strawberries and rhubarb syrup, this gin concoction just screams spring.
In a shaker, muddle the strawberries
Add the remaining ingredients and shake without ice
Fill with ice and shake again for 20 seconds
Double-strain into a chilled coupe glass
*Rhubarb Syrup INGREDIENTS:
PREPARATION: Add the rhubarb and water to a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Add the sugar and cook, stirring, until it dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool. Strain, and store in the refrigerator.
