How to make the East Side Elder Cocktail

In a shaker, muddle the mint and cucumber. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice or a chilled Martini glass. Garnish with a mint leaf and a cucumber slice.
