- 8 sprigs Mint
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 2 oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal Cognac
Garnish: Mint sprig
Glass: Rocks
How to make the Cognac Mint Julep Cocktail
In a shaker, muddle the mint, sugar and a dash of water. Add the cognac and fill with shaved ice. Shake until frosted and pour (unstrained) into a rocks glass. Garnish with a mint sprig.
