Now this is one set of rules that’s not hard to follow.
Coat the rim of a highball glass with cinnamon and fill with ice.
Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice.
Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.

I made this tonight with Chimayo Respado Reserva tequila. This tequila has a distinct caramel taste and bouquet that compliments the apple cider well (used spiced cider). Cheers from the Mrs on this one.
