- Ground cinnamon
- 1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
- 1.5 oz Fresh apple cider
- .5 oz Club soda
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
Glass: Highball
How to make the Cider House Rules Cocktail
Coat the rim of a highball glass with cinnamon and fill with ice. Add the remaining ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into the prepared glass.
