Ingredients in the Chilcano Cocktail
- 2 oz BarSol Primero Pisco
- .5 oz Fresh lime juice
- Ginger ale
- 2 to 3 drops Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lime twist
Glass: Highball
How to make the Chilcano Cocktail
Add the pisco and lime juice to a highball glass filled with ice. Top with ginger ale and add the bitters. Garnish with a lime twist.
