
Ingredients
- 5 Blueberries
- 1 oz Absolut Berri Açaí Vodka
- 1 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- Perrier-Jouët NV Champagne, chilled
Garnish: Blueberries
Glass: Champagne flute
Preparation
In a shaker, muddle the blueberries. Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with Champagne and garnish with 3 blueberries on a toothpick.
