Take sanctuary in this rum, champagne and basil cocktail.
Ingredients in the Reserve Basilica Cocktail
- 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- .25 oz Yuzu juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 2 Basil leaves
- Champagne
Garnish: Basil leaf
Glass: Highball
How to make the Reserve Basilica Cocktail
Add all the ingredients except for the Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with Champagne and garnish with a basil leaf.
