Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
- .75 oz Don Julio Añejo Tequila
- Generous scoop of vanilla ice cream (softened)
- .75 oz Half-and-half
Glass: Highball
Preparation
Add all the ingredients to a blender and fill with ice. Blend until smooth and pour into a highball glass.
When you are longing for Summer there is nothing better than my creation the Irish Mudslide. 1 1/2 oz. Baileys Original, 1/2 oz. Kahlua, 3/4 oz. Jameson, 3 oz. cream or Half & Half. Blend with approximately 8 oz. ice. Pour and present. garnish with chocolate curl and shamrock.
