Ingredients
- 5 Fresh mint leaves
- 12.5 oz (half a bottle) VeeV Açaí Spirit
- 5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- 6 oz Fresh lime juice
- 4 oz Blueberry puree (optional)
- Club soda
Garnish: Blueberries
Glass: Pitcher
Preparation
In a pitcher, muddle the mint. Fill three-quarters of the way with ice and add the VeeV, simple syrup, lime juice and blueberry puree. Stir well and top with club soda. Garnish with blueberries.
