Back in the 80's, while working with Jeramiah Tower, he would make us all wait til the wee hours of the morning until, finally at near dawn, the horse, carriage and a barrel of Beaujolais would be delivered to the front door, which was the back door in an alley on Redqwood Alley in San Francisco...Nothing like a Beaujolais at 6am...
