THE SCENE:

Pisco Latin Lounge lives up to its name, offering a revolving-stock of 25 to 35 different piscos and about a dozen cocktails made with the South American grape-based spirit. Go classic and enjoy a refreshing and frothy Pisco Sour (pisco, lime juice, sugar, egg white). Or try one of the bar’s creative cocktails, including the gingery Peruvian Patada (pisco, Domaine de Canton, mint, ginger beer) and the Sideways Sour (pisco, white grape juice, lime, pinot noir float). Pisco purists can order a flight of one-ounce pours of four different brands ($18). But if you’re in the mood for a Martini, you won’t go thirsty. The lively bar also makes plenty of tasty drinks with gin, rum, tequila and vodka.
