In my very own opinion, bacardi white and bacardi black, are some damn aweful rums! Plus, it’s too expenssive.
I prefer (for the “lets get drunk”-evenings) Havana Club rums.
Here in Denmark, the Bacardi bottles are about $21 and the Havana Clubs are about $17.

But taste is always personal, going to try the watermelon mojito soon! :)

There was a cocktail at the KC Bartending Competition last weekend like this… The finalist was from a wine bar in Manhattan, KS; here’s the recipe from the Competition’s website.

4 Large melon balls Watermelon (totalling 2 oz)
    3 Mint Leaves
    2 oz Milagro Blanco Tequila
    .25 Madhava Amber Agave Nectar
splash lime juice (less than .25)
    pinch of fleur del sel

splash St. George Absinthe (less than .25)

    Served in a Martini Glass

Garnished with Cucumber skin laced watermelon ball on a bamboo cocktail pick.

    Seriously yummy stuff.

Bacardi is flavorless . . . try Oronoco . .. made from sugar cane of Brazil . . . has a nice light citrusy vanilla note to it that goes so well with lime and mint . . . Highly recommend
