COCKTAIL RECIPE
Uncle Angelo’s Eggnog

INGREDIENTS:
- 6 Eggs, separated
- .5 cup Sugar
- 1 qt (32 oz) Whole milk
- 1 pt (16 oz) Heavy cream
- 8 oz Bourbon (Four Roses)
- 4 oz Spiced rum (Captain Morgan or Sailor Jerry)
Glass: Punch or tea cup


I serve a recipe just like this! Except using some heavy whipping cream instead of milk- going to try it will milk now though. Also, I make sure to buy pasteurized shell eggs. Drinking too much eggnog can already make you feel sick, lol, I don’t want to risk serving everyone at my holiday party a cup of salmonella.
