Cocktail: The Nose to Cocktail INGREDIENTS:
  • 1.5 oz Bacon-infused Bushmills Irish Whiskey*
  • .5 oz Grade B maple syrup
  • .5 oz Orange juice
  • .5 oz Lemon juice
  • 1 Whole egg
Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

Crack the egg into a cocktail shaker and add Bushmills Whiskey, maple syrup, orange juice and lemon juice. Shake the mixture vigorously for 10 seconds then fill the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake for 10 seconds longer and strain into a highball glass.

* Bacon-infused Bushmills Irish Whiskey

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz High quality bacon
  • 1.5 oz Bushmills Irish Whiskey

PREPARATION:

Cook the bacon until all the fat is rendered. Collect the drippings and set bacon aside. Pour the fat and whisky into a glass jar. Shake well and set aside in a cool dark place to infuse for 48 hours. Place the infusion in a freezer for 30 minutes. The fat should solidify. Scoop the fat off the top then filter out any remaining fat particles.
