Cocktail: Strawberry Cranberry Mule

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Strawberries
  • 8 Fresh cranberries
  • 2 oz Chopin Vodka
  • .66 oz Fresh lime juice
  • .33 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 4 oz Ginger beer
Garnish: Lime wedge Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle the strawberries and cranberries. Add the vodka, lime juice and simple syrup, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with the ginger beer and garnish with a lime wedge.
