Smuggler’s Cove Straits Sling

INGREDIENTS:

• .75 oz Lemon juice
• .30 oz Demerara simple syrup
• .25 oz Benedictine Liqueur
• .50 oz Cherry Heering
• 1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
• 2 oz Club soda
• Dash orange bitters
• Dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: Lemon slice

Glass: Collins

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients, except for the club soda, to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir to combine and strain into a Collins glass filled with fresh ice. Top off the drink with club soda and garnish with a lemon slice.
