COCKTAIL RECIPE
Sergeant Pepper

INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 oz Bulldog Gin
- Half a Macintosh apple (cubed)
- 8 Black pepper corns
- Lime wedge
- 1 Bar spoon raw sugar
- 12 Black currants
Garnish: Apple wheel plus a few black currants
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION:
In a shaker, muddle the apple cubes. Add all ingredients, except Bulldog Gin, and muddle well again. Add the gin and ice. Shake well and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an apple wheel plus a few black currants.
