Cocktail: Rubia Bonita

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Fresh cilantro
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 1 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 3 oz Patrón Silver Tequila
  • .5 oz Aperol
  • .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 1 dash orange bitters
Garnish: Strawberry and cilantro sprigs Glass: Rocks

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle the cilantro, strawberries and lime juice. Add the remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Shake for 10 seconds and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish with an additional strawberry and a few cilantro sprigs.
