INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Bulldog Gin
  • 12 Fresh Concord grapes
  • 2 Mint leaves
  • Quarter inch slice of fresh ginger
  • 3 Lemon wedges
  • 1 Bar spoon raw sugar
  • Club soda

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle 12 fresh Concord grapes. Then add all the other ingredients, except club soda. Shake well and double strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with club soda.
