Cocktail: Ramos Gin Fizz

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Gin
  • .5 oz Heavy cream
  • 1 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 Dashes orange flower water
  • 1 Fresh egg white
  • Club soda
Glass: Collins

PREPARATION:

The secret to this drink is to shake, shake and shake some more. Add all the ingredients except the club soda to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake vigorously until the drink is as white as fresh snow and as smooth as a cold glass of milk. Strain into a Collins glass and top with cold club soda. Stir before serving.

seems like way to much orange flower h20 and citrus and not enough cream…..would be way off.

    try

2 oz Gin (Old tom if you got it)
    .5oz Lemon
    .5oz Lime
    1 oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
    1 oz Cream
5-7 drops Orange flower water (to taste)
    egg white
seltzer (add at the bottom of the collins glass to get nice rising effect at the top about 2 oz)
    orange garnish
