Cocktail:

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Bulldog Gin
  • 1 oz Japanese plum wine
  • 1 oz Lavender soda
  • Lavender sugar

Garnish: Black plum half wheel

Glass: Martini

PREPARATION:

Stir all the ingredients, except lavender sugar, with ice. Strain into a martini glass with a lavender sugared rim and garnish with a black plum half wheel.
