PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Hurricane glass. (You may also blend all the ingredients with crushed ice instead.) Garnish with a cherry and a pineapple wedge.
You’re absolutely right about the difference between coconut milk, coconut cream and cream of coconut, but there’s more than one way to make a Piña Colada; different recipes call for different coconut preparations. I think you have a slight typo, as a Piña Colada is typically made with cream of coconut (Coco Lopez being the commonly-available brand), rather than coconut milk. Cheers!
