Cocktail: Northern Spy

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 oz Applejack
  • .5 oz Fresh apple cider
  • .25 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .25 oz Apricot liqueur (Rothman & Winter)
  • Cava or sparkling wine

Glass: Cocktail or coupe

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a small cocktail glass or coupe. Top with cava or sparkling white wine.
