COCKTAIL RECIPE
My Funny Clementine

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
- 4 Pieces of clementine, no peel
- .25 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 2 Dashes blood orange bitters
- Prosecco or dry champagne
Garnish: Orange or clementine peel
Glass: Champagne glass
PREPARATION:
In a shaker, combine all the ingredients, except the Prosecco. Shake and strain into a champagne glass. Top off the drink with sparkling wine. Garnish with an orange or clementine peel.
