Cocktail: My Funny Clementine

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
  • 4 Clementine segments
  • .25 oz Lemon juice
  • .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 2 dashes Blood orange bitters
  • Prosecco or dry Champagne
Garnish: Clementine or orange wedge
Glass: Champagne flute

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients except the prosecco or Champagne to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a Champagne flute. Top with prosecco or Champagne and garnish with a clementine or orange wedge.
