Cocktail: Montford Spritz INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
  • .5 oz Cynar
  • .5 oz Lillet Blanc
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • Dash Peychaud's Bitters
  • Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne
Garnish: Grapefruit twist Glass: Wine

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients (except for Champagne) to a wine glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold. Top with Champagne and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
