Cocktail: Mojito Italiano

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 sprigs Fresh mint
  • .75 oz Simple syrup (1 part sugar, 1 part water)
  • .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Campari
  • 1.5 oz Flor de Caña Rum
  • 1 oz Prosecco
Garnish: Mint sprig Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

In a shaker, muddle the mint, syrup and lemon juice. Add the Campari and rum, and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top with prosecco and garnish with a mint sprig.
