Lime Bumboo

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Zacapa Rum
  • 1 oz Lime Brown Sugar Syrup*
  • 1 oz Water
  • .5 oz Orange liqueur
Garnish: Grated nutmeg and lime wedge Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a lime wedge.

* Lime Brown Sugar Syrup

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 cup Fresh lime juice
  • 4 tablespoons Brown sugar
PREPARATION: Stir together both ingredients. Let stand overnight in the refrigerator before using.
