COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Chamomile-Infused Rye Whiskey*
- 1.5 oz La Gitana Manzanilla Sherry
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- .5 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 1 dash Angostura Bitters
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a coupe.*Chamomile-Infused Rye Whiskey:
Add one heaping tablespoon of chamomile tea to 6 oz of Old Overholt Rye Whiskey. Let stand for 1 hour and 45 minutes, stiring occasionally. Strain through cheesecloth into a clean bottle. Store in the refrigerator.
