Kyoto Sour

INGREDIENTS:
- 3 oz Gekkeikan Haiku Sake
- Fresh grapefruit
- Fresh Jalapeno pepper
- Fresh lemon juice
- Simple syrup
Garnish: Grapefruit slice and fresh mint sprig
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Muddle the grapefruit and fresh pepper in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients and shake with ice. Serve on the rocks and garnish with a grapefruit slice and fresh mint sprig.
