INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- 1 Dial fresh ginger
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- Dash of Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lime wheel
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION
Muddle ginger in the bottom of a pint glass, add the rest of the ingredients plus ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
