COCKTAIL RECIPE
Jamaican Breeze

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- Slice of fresh ginger
- 2 oz Pineapple juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
- Dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Lime wheel
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION
Muddle the ginger in the bottom of a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients plus ice and shake. Strain the drink into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
