INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 oz Michael Collins Irish Whiskey
  • .75 oz Orange Curacao
  • .25 oz La Ina Fino Sherry
  • Dash Regan’s Orange Bitters
  • Garnish: Flamed orange peel

Glass: Martini

PREPARATION:

Stir all the ingredients in a bar glass with ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a flamed orange peel.
