COCKTAIL RECIPE

INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
- 1 oz Coconut/curry paste*
- .5 oz Fresh lemon juice
Garnish: Sprinkling of curry powder
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprinkling of curry powder.
Coconut/curry Paste:
Mix 1 teaspoon of curry powder with 1.5 oz Coco Loco to make a paste.

Totally tried this recipe and LOVED it. I just used medium yellow curry and was wondering what the bartender who gave us this recipe used. There are so many curries…
