COCKTAIL RECIPE
Cucumber & Rose Collins

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin
- .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz Rose syrup (Monin)
- 1.5 oz Fresh cucumber water*
Glass: Tall
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish the drink with a cucumber slice.*To make cucumber water, wash and chop an English cucumber (leave the skin on) and pass it through a juicer. Use within a day.
