Cocktail: Cucumber & Rose Collins

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Hendrick’s Gin
  • .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Rose syrup (Monin)
  • 1.5 oz Fresh cucumber water*
Garnish: Cucumber slice
Glass: Tall

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice. Garnish the drink with a cucumber slice.

*To make cucumber water, wash and chop an English cucumber (leave the skin on) and pass it through a juicer. Use within a day.
