INGREDIENTS:
- 1 oz Blended Scotch whisky (Dewar’s 12-Year Old)
- 1 oz Sweet vermouth (Noilly Prat Rouge)
- .5 oz Benedictine
Garnish: Lemon peel
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Stir together all the ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Strain the mixture into a cocktail glass. Twist a lemon peel over the glass to release its oil and then drop it in.
