Cocktail: Black Ship

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Hibiki 12-Year-Old Whisky
  • 1 oz Pomegranate juice
  • .25 oz Port
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
Garnish: Lemon peel Glass: Martini

PREPARATION:

Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Strain into a chilled Martini glass and garnish with a lemon peel. This recipe was originally published in Japanese Cocktails.
