COCKTAIL RECIPE
Bermuda Rum Swizzle

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 oz Gosling’s Black Seal Rum
- 4 oz Gosling’s Gold Rum
- 8 oz Pineapple juice
- 8 oz Orange juice
- .75 oz Grenadine
- 6 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Orange slice, pineapple cube and cherry
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION:
Fill a pitcher with crushed ice a third of the way. Add Gosling’s Black Seal Rum, Gosling’s Gold Rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, grenadine and Angostura Bitters. Churn vigorously until frothing or mix in a cocktail shaker. Strain into an ice filled glass. Garnish with an orange slice, a pineapple cube and a cherry. This recipe serves four.
