COCKTAIL RECIPE
Reserve Basilica

INGREDIENTS:
- 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
- .25 oz Yuzu juice
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 2 Basil leaves
- Champagne
Garnish: Basil leaf
Glass: Highball
PREPARATION:
Shake all the ingredients together except for the champagne and strain over fresh ice. Top with champagne and garnish with a basil leaf.
