Cocktail: Banker’s Lunch

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Ketel One Vodka
  • .5 oz Dry vermouth
  • .5 oz Orange liqueur
  • 1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
Garnish: Grapefruit peel
Glass: Rocks

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice.  Stir, and strain into a rocks glass. Garnish with a grapefruit peel.
