Baileys Mocha Monkey

INGREDIENTS:

• 1.5 oz Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
• Generous scoop of vanilla ice cream (softened)
• 1.5 Banana
• Chocolate syrup

Garnish: Banana slice and 3 coffee beans

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

Combine Baileys, ice cream, one banana and ice cubes in a blender. Blend until smooth. Swirl the inside of a highball glass with chocolate syrup. Pour blended contents into the glass. Garnish with banana slice and coffee beans.
