INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
  • Juice of half a lime
  • Agave nectar
  • Ting (Jamaican grapefruit soda)

Garnish: Grapefruit skin

Glass: Highball

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a highball glass filled with ice. Stir. Top with the Ting and garnish with a grapefruit skin.
