Cocktail: 24 Sour

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1.5 oz Beefeater 24 Gin
  • .75 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • .33 oz Bénédictine
  • .33 oz Simple syrup (one part sugar, one part water)
  • 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
  • .75 oz Egg white
Garnish: Orange wedge and cherry
Glass: Old Fashioned

PREPARATION:

Add all the ingredients to a shaker and fill with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled Old Fashioned glass. Garnish with an orange wedge and cherry.

    Not bad at all. I had to make with Meyer Lemon juice and Agave Nectar and it still turned out well.
