INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Appleton Estate Reserve Rum
1 oz Fresh squeezed lime juice
.75 oz Pure cane simple syrup
Dash Angostura Bitters
Champagne
Garnish: Mint sprig

PREPARATION:
Gently muddle lime juice and mint in a shaker. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the champagne shake and strain over fresh ice. Top with champagne. Garnish with a mint sprig.
