Navan Smash
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Navan Natural Vanilla Liqueur
2 Lemon wedges
6 Mint leaves
Garnish: Mint passed through the center of a lemon wheel
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION:
Muddle the mint and lemon in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice and Navan. Shake and strain onto fresh ice.

1oz Beefeater Gin
1oz Campari
1oz Italian sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange twist

Nicaraguan Negroni Punch
INGREDIENTS:
10 Lemons
30 Cloves
15 oz Campari
10 oz Flor de Cana 7-Year-Old Rum
7.5 oz Cinzano Rosso
10 oz Grapefruit juice
2.5 oz Honey
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Combine the juice of ten lemons and 30 cloves in a Tupperware container or cake mold and freeze. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large punch bowl with the flavored iced block.

INGREDIENTS:
1.5 oz Plymouth Gin
.75 oz St-Germain Liqueur
.5 oz Aperol
.5 oz Fresh squeezed lemon juice
Champagne
Garnish: Lime twist
Glass: Coup or martini
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients, except the champagne, to your shaker and fill with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled coup or martini glass. Float the champagne on top and garnish with a lime twist.
