Monte Cassino
INGREDIENTS:
.75 oz Benedictine Liqueur
.75 oz Yellow Chartreuse
.75 oz Fresh lemon juice
.75 oz Rittenhouse Rye
Garnish: Lemon twist
Glass: coupe or cocktail
PREPARATION:
Shake all the ingredients with ice. Fine strain the mixture into a chilled coupe or small cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Montford Spritz
INGREDIENTS:
1 Beefeater 24 Gin
.5 oz Cynar
.5 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz Aperol
Peychauds Bitters
Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut Champagne
Garnish: Grapefruit Twist
Glass: Cocktail
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients (except for champagne) to a cocktail glass and fill with ice. Stir until cold. Top with champagne. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Navan Smash
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz Navan Natural Vanilla Liqueur
2 Lemon wedges
6 Mint leaves
Garnish: Mint passed through the center of a lemon wheel
Glass: Rocks
PREPARATION:
Muddle the mint and lemon in the bottom of a shaker. Add ice and Navan. Shake and strain onto fresh ice.
Negroni
INGREDIENTS:
1oz Beefeater Gin
1oz Campari
1oz Italian sweet vermouth
Garnish: Orange twist
Glass: Old fashioned
PREPARATION:
Add all the ingredients to an old fashioned glass, fill with ice and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.
New Year’s Sparkler
INGREDIENTS:
1 oz Skyy Infusions Passion Fruit Vodka
1.5 oz Pomegranate juice
3.5 oz Champagne
5-6 Raspberries
Garnish: Raspberry tree: 5-6 raspberries on a long skewer placed vertically in glass
Glass: Champagne flute
PREPARATION:
