Not to mention the amazing refectory bar upstairs :)
A staple on any backbar and definately a benchmark for any martini lover!

  2. texasair says

After 5 years – still think Plymouth Navy Strength tastes the best. Where can one get the Navy Gin in the US?

  3. Plymouth gin is the best gin I’ve tasted so far. Of the London dry variety, Bombay was previously my go-to, not that it isn’t good, but it seems so clunky and unsophisticated compared to Plymouth. Beefeater seems harsh. Gordon’s is overpoweringly junipery, and Hendrick’s is too perfumy. Plymouth is smooth, like a good small batch liquor, and it’s flavours just melt across my palate. I’ll have to visit the distillery next time I’m that side of the pond.

  4. Try it in a gin Rickey or French 75. Dryness is perfect with prosecco in the 75 or in a classic gin Rickey, yum!

  5. Unfortunately, i don’t know this brand(((
